GloveBucks Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being a valued customer of UniSafe Gloves. The GloveBucks Loyalty Program (“Program”) is our way of saying thank you for your continued support. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Program.
1. Program Overview
The UniSafe GloveBucks Program allows registered customers to earn points (“GloveBucks”) through purchases and qualifying actions, and redeem them for discounts on future orders. This loyalty system is designed to reward our customers for their ongoing engagement with the UniSafe brand.
2. Eligibility

The Program is available only to registered users of UniSafeGloves.com who are 18 years or older and reside in the United States.

The Program is intended for individual retail customers. Resellers or wholesalers are generally not eligible for GloveBucks participation unless otherwise stated by UniSafe Gloves.

Exclusions: The following customers are excluded from earning or redeeming GloveBucks

Any customer who receives custom or special negotiated pricing on products.

Any customer operating under Net 30 (or similar extended) payment terms.

GloveBucks may only be earned on purchases made on UniSafeGloves.com. Purchases made by any other methods (e.g., phone orders, other retailers) do not earn GloveBucks reward points.
3. Earning GloveBucks
Customers can earn GloveBucks through the following primary actions:

Making purchases on UniSafeGloves.com.

Creating a customer account.
Note on Timing: Points are typically credited within 7 business days once an order is paid in full and not returned. Points are deducted from an account for returned products.
4. GloveBucks Redemption and Restrictions

Discount Code Policy: GloveBucks cannot be used in combination with any other discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers. Only one form of discount can be applied per order.

GloveBucks reward points have no cash value and are not transferrable.
5. Point Expiry & Accumulation Limit

Point Expiry: GloveBucks expire 6 months (180 days) from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated or transferred.
6. Account Management

You may view your GloveBucks balance and activity by logging into your UniSafe customer account.

It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date to receive point-earning opportunities and communications.
7. Refunds & Returns

If you return an order or receive a refund, any GloveBucks earned from that original purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you redeemed GloveBucks on the returned item, those redeemed points will not be reinstated to your account.
8. Program Modification, Suspension, or Termination
UniSafe Gloves reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the GloveBucks Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

Changing how points are earned or redeemed.

Changing point values, limits, or eligibility rules.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance of any significant changes.
9. Abuse, Misuse, and Fraud
UniSafe Gloves reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer's participation in the Program at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
UniSafe Gloves makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of the Program or the continuation of any rewards, benefits, or offers. By participating, you agree that UniSafe Gloves is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or attempted use of GloveBucks.
